Osho Decouvrez Buddha Cards Deck French Edition Meditation Buddha Agm

For centuries, the teachings of the Buddha have been passed down from generation to generation in a poetic form known in the East as sutras – the fewest words possible containing the greatest meaning. Once their essence is understood, simply reading a sutra can bring a deep sense of peace and relaxation. This set, containing a book and cards, can be used as a tool for daily meditation. Each day, one selects a different card and places it somewhere it can often be seen. On the front of each card is a photograph of a Buddha sculpture along with the text of a sutra taken from a collection of the Buddha’s teachings known as the Dhammapada. On the back of the card is Osho’s clear and contemporary commentary, expanding the sutra’s concise message into language that is easily understood today. The accompanying book explains in greater detail the origins of these essential Buddhist teachings and provides a deeper understanding, helping the reader make the most of the cards’ use.
